My project is just getting nowhere ! 
I went back to the stage of research and studies. I always reach a stage where i found my work really bad. so i decide to redo it from scratch. But i keep telling me, that everything i do and try won’t be for nothin coz all the shit i go throw now, will hopefully be avoide in the futur. I still have a few month before my deadline which is 31th of december. I decide that i would start to work next year…but for that to happen i must do something for my reel. I want to work for a archi/visualisation/advertisement /game company. I just have to many distraction at home: warcraft, msn, tv and now reading ! I prefer reading 3d world magazine and Da Vinci Code (from the 1st time i saw the trailer at the cinema, it just made me want to read it) And this book its just so good. I didn’t know that i could read that many pages in a 2h lol. BUt yesterday i had to read a boring part :(. I really recommend this book. Oh and ralph if u read this (but i know u don’t) i still remember that i owe u money for the book.

I finally decide to post something on Cgtalk. I know that I never post my previous work before, coz I knew they look kinda crappy. But I have a good feeling about this one. The fact that I just put my work this afternoon, and 2 guys already put comments on my thread!!! I just so excited! lol I know its just 2 person…but it motivates me a lot. Now I know that some people might regulary check my thread because they r interested in my work. It just feels great…at last my work is gonna be reconize by thw world !! Now I am not only working for me but for the other 3D artist.

I nearly broken my computer today. I was modeling the leg of my creature, everything was the way I wanted to be. The proportions were correct and I just wanted to add a few more detailts…and then IT happen. This fuckin computer crash AGAIN !! I was so pissed…but I was kinda used to it now, since it was the 5th crash I had today. But since I knew how I did it, it was easy to redo…and finally it even looked a bit better. For this leg, I have tried to follow the muscle flow using the edge loop. I know the anatomy is a bit weird at the moment, but I tried my best to follow the reference image. I then import the model into Zbrush, to ass subtle details (the spot on the skin). Its far from finish, but I know I am in the good direction :P. What do u guys think ?
I finish both arms. The left hand has the gun ang the right the “ammo bag”
For the last 2 days, I have only been working on the arm of the Tyranid…I was so excited about modelling that as soon as a had block the arm’s shape, I started to add details, which I think is wrong I think its better to start with a rought shape and adding details bit by bit on each part of the creature. So you will see how the whole creature will change during the modelling process. Here’s my new MeshBlock
On this one I changed the way I created the shell. Coz I know the older version would have been a problem during the texturing stage
This is what I’ve done this afternoon…from the left forearm I end up with the one on the right. Yeah it doesn’t look much, but it just so hard to get the right shape And I know that time I spent on getting the correct anatomy will save me a lot of time during the animation process 
PS: If u think the one on the left is better…I’ll just have to kill myslef ><
I have done the muscle and the “thumb”. I’ll try to finish this arm tonite.
I am a little bored with my drawing…I dont really find it interesting anymore So I decide to model a Tyranid (an alien creature from the warhammer game). I have done the meshblocking and I have started the front arm. I’ll write more details later, coz its diner time ^^ But here’s a few picture of my work.
I dont know why, but tonite I was just feelin’ tired of working on my beast. So I just draw sketches…those are just like 2 min drawings. Just draw what come into ur mind. U dont need to care of the line, but focus on the main shape. My last concept (well the second from the top), I tried to picture some kinda frog with a two nippled-tit ! I don’t even know if its call like that ROFL.
