Last day of Yi quan

Today was my last day for the Yi quan Training. At first, like most people I found it very borgin and useless. But after doing the Tree position during 5 days (2h each day), I think it was a rewarding experience and that I’ll try to do it at least 30 min per day. In you everyday life, you don’t take the time to relax. And by doing the Yi quan, you can reach a new level of relaxation that will make u feel something new. In the Yi quan, there are two side. One for health, which focus on the tree pose and slow movement that look like taichi. And the art martial side, where you try to use to force that you felt during the Tree position.
