Do you know where the word Cocktail come from?
It comes from the cocktailed-horse. During the 18th century, the half-blooded racing horse had their tail cut for it to be cock (yup me too I didn’t it was a verb lol), somethin that wasn’t done on pure-blood. From then the cocktail was used for any ideas of mixing until those drinks in the 19th century.
